
Thinking of a recipe for the next dinner with your friends? You feel like something special
but that does not take too long to prepare? Here is an idea: nachos-fish in 30 minutes max.!
For two people, all you need is:
4 tomatoes, 4 spring onions, 16 branches of coriander, 2 Tea Spoons of fresh lime
juice, ½ Tea Spoon of brown sugar (white is also ok but brown is better), 8 Spoons
of Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, 2-4 pinches of Chili powder, 160 gr Chili-Nachos, 2 eggs, 2
Spoons of milk, 3 Spoons of flour, 2 pieces of pollack filet (ca.400 gr).
Step 1: Wash the tomatoes, cut them and put them in a bowl. Clean the spring onions and cut them in small rings. Wash the leaves of coriander and cut them into pieces. Mix everything with lime juice, sugar and 3 spoons of oil. Add then salt, pepper and chili powder. This will be your side sauce.
Step 2: Break the nachos into small pieces in a bag (just punch the bag or something like that, it can be a fun moment of the recipe!), and put them on a plate. Put the eggs in a deep plate and whisk them with 2 spoons of milk. Add pepper and salt. Put the flour in another deep plate.
Step 3: Dry the fish filet and add pepper. Flip it in the flour, take off the excesses and then dip it in the eggs mix and finally turn it in the nachos plate. Put some oil in a pan (4 spoons ca.) and fry the fish for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
