The European International Model United Nations (TEIMUN)

Experience what it's like to be a diplomat in the International City of Peace and Justice!

The European International Model United Nations (TEIMUN) – the oldest MUN of the European mainland - is an international conference, which simulates different councils of the United Nations. During this seven-day conference, 250 students from all over the worldwill represent one of the UN-members and debate on pressing issues in world politics.

The conference will take place from 15 to 21 July in The Hague, the Netherlands. Deadline for registration applications is June 1st

The Opening Ceremony will feature speeches by the following top-level policy experts:
Karel de Gucht: European Commissioner for Trade
Joseph Manso: Deputy Chief of the United States Mission to NATO
Pieter de Gooijer: Dutch Ambassador of the Permanent Representation to the EU

What truly sets TEIMUN apart from other conferences is the enormous social activity throughout the week. We have an exciting program filled with interesting excursions, for example to the International Court of Justice or the Peace Palace, and wonderful parties.
