Livia Stein – Integration Coordinator ESN Groningen Board 2024/2025

Hello everyone!
My name is Livia and I am the Integration Coordinator of the 37th Board of ESN Groningen. I was born in Germany and study Behavioural and Cognitive Neurosciences at the UG. Before becoming the Integration Coordinator of ESN Groningen I was president of the Sports committee in 2023/2024. In my free time I love to play tennis or padel, go dancing and spend time with friends.

Position description
What makes my position so unique is the freedom it brings along. As the Integration Coordinator, you have the creative space to develop your own initiatives and projects to foster integration and improve the lives of thousands of students. To give you a little sneak peek, I am responsible for the ESN programmes, which include the Buddy Programme, the Language Exchange Programme, and the Disputen Programme. Next to that, I am also very involved with our Active Members Community, whereby I am the proud Board responsible for the Buddy & Integration Committee and the International Dinner Committee. But my responsibilities do not stop at internal affairs; as the Integration Coordinator, I am also the contact person for all other student and study associations in Groningen, work closely together with them and have meetings with external partners, the city or represent ESN Groningen on various platforms. What I love most about my role is the close contact with the student community and the freedom I have to execute my own ideas.
