Sign-Up Days February 2026
In order to participate in the ESN Intro Week, you must come by during one of these days to pick up all necessary items (wristband, goodie bag, Student Mobility Card (public transit card) and the ESNcard).
If you are a student of the RUG or Hanze you can pick up your wristband & items at the RUG Welcome Ceremony (Thursday 29th January) and Hanze Welcome Day (Friday 30th January) respectively.
If you are not yet in the city, you will have the chance to register at our Information Points during the week.
Sign-up Day 1 – 28th January
12:00 – 15:00: All Students

Sign-up Day 2 – 29th January
14:30 – 16:30: RUG Students
We are at the RUG Welcome Ceremony: Martini Church (Martinikerkhof 3, 9712 JG Groningen)
Sign-up Day 3 – 29th January
10:30-13:30: Hanze Students
We are at the Hanze Welcome Day: Van OlstBorg (Zernikeplein 7)
