Crew Manager ESN Introduction Week 2022

Do you want to recruit and lead a group of 30 people? Are you interested in building on your own organizational and communicational skills? Then you might be the right fit for the Crew Manager!

The Crew Manager is the first contact person for the crew, that means that you will know the crew better than the Executive Board.  You will be the person that the crew can turn to when they have any questions, concerns or matters which need to be handled before or during events. The Crew Manager will always be present at the locations of events, where they will manage and take care of all present crew members. The Crew Manager will give the crew briefings for each events, which they will be briefed upon beforehand by the board responsible. Yet for a better overview of your tasks, expectations and what you get in return.


  • You will lead a group of 30 crew members during the introduction week. 
  • You will be responsible for all the contact between the crew members. 
  • You will make the crew schedule and overview.
  • You will give crew briefings to the crew so that they know what they would have to do during their shifts. 
  • You will also help the crew where necessary during their shifts.

What do we expect from you? 

  • You must be a team player. 
  • You must take your job seriously as you will lead a lot of people during this week and they will all be dependent on you. 
  • You must be eager to learn as you will have to know what the different crew tasks are.

  • You’ll learn a great deal, such as working in a team, making decisions and a lot of organizing skills by organizing an introduction week for 600 participants and 150 introduction guides.
