Acquisition Manager

As Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for organising creative and useful goodies for the 700+ participants and 100+ guides of the Introduction Week and will reach out to companies, local businesses and associations to secure great deals. If you’re motivated, sociable, and enjoy making connections, this role is for you!

Your tasks:

• Work closely with the External Relations Coordinator, who will guide and support you
• Collect a diverse mix of goodies and flyers for the goodie bags
• Approach companies and associations, negotiate and secure great deals

We expect you to:

• Start in November 2026 (part-time) and be fully available from January 25th to February 5th 2027
• Have strong English skills (Dutch is a big plus)
• Be organised, detail-oriented and sociable
• Enjoy negotiating and building connections
