Crew Manager

Do you want to recruit and lead a group of 30+ people? Are you interested in building on your own organisational, communication, and management skills? Then you might be the right fit for the Crew Manager!

Tasks:

  • Work closely together with the Project Coordinator, who will guide and support you
  • Recruit and manage a group of 30+ Crew members during the Introduction Week 
  • Make a crew schedule and overview
  • Conduct the Crew briefing and organise a Social Activity
  • Guide and help the Crew during the Introduction Week

 

 

What is expected of you:

  • Start in November 2026 (part-time) and be fully available from January 25th to February 5th 2027
  • Be a good leader and manager.
  • Be flexible.
  • Take on responsibility.
