Sign-Up Days February 2025
In order to participate in the ESN Intro Week, you must come by during one of these days to pick up all necessary items, (wristband, goodie bag, Student Mobility Card (public transit card) and the ESNcard).
If you are a student of the RUG or Hanze you can pick up your wristband & items at the RUG Welcome Ceremony (Thursday 30th January) and Hanze Welcome Day (Friday 31st January) respectively.
If you are not yet in the city, you will have the chance to register at our information points during the week.
Sign-up Day 1 – 29th January
11:00 – 15:00: All Students
Academy Building (Broerstraat 5, 9712 CP Groningen)
Sign-up Day 2 – 30th January
14:15-16:15: RUG Students
We are at the RUG Welcome Ceremony: Martinikerk (Martinikerkhof 3, 9712 JG Groningen)
Sign-up Day 3 – 31st January
10:00-13:30: Hanze Students
We are at the Hanze Welcome Day: Van OlstBorg (Zernikeplein 7)
