Become Crew!
From August 28th until September 2nd 2026, ESN Groningen is organising the ESN Intro Week. This week, up to 2000 new students will be given a warm welcome through a variety of events… and we need YOU to help us make this happen!
The ESN Crew is an essential part of the Introduction Week, as it is present before, during, and after all events to ensure the best experience possible for all participants. Being an ESN Crew member is free and includes the following:
- A wide variety of responsibilities you could take on, such as crowd control, build-up, logistics, and helping out during one of the most exciting weeks for international students.
- A social with the entire ESN Crew and the ESN Boards
- A free ESNcard worth €10.50 that gives you access to all events and local/international discounts (if you work at least 2 shifts)
- Free access to our events during Intro Week
- Most importantly, you will get the opportunity to meet people from all over, befriend them, and have fun at one of Groningen’s biggest introduction weeks!
The programme from Monday, August 31st, until Wednesday, September 2nd, is primarily in the evening, so you don’t have to miss any courses during the day.
