Become Crew!
From January 30th until February 4th 2026, ESN Groningen is organising the ESN Introduction Week. During this week, up to 500 new students will be given a warm welcome through all types of events… and we need YOU to help us make this happen!
The ESN Crew is an essential part of the Introduction Week, as it is present before, during, and after all events to ensure the best experience possible for all participants. Being ESN Crew is free and includes the following:
- A wide variety of responsibilities that you could take on, for example: crowd control, build-up, logistics, and helping out during one of the most exciting weeks for international students.
- A social with the entire ESN Crew and the ESN Boards
- A free ESNcard worth €10.50 that gives you access to all events and local/international discounts (if you work at least 2 shifts)
- Free access to the PALACE parties during the Introduction Week
- Most importantly, you will get the opportunity to meet people from all over, befriend them, and have fun at one of Groningen’s biggest introduction weeks!
The programme from Monday, February 2nd, until Wednesday, February 4th, is primarily in the evening, so you don’t have to miss any courses during the day.
