Party & Pub Quiz Committee

The Party & Pub Quiz Committee (PPC) is in charge of organising the legendary PALACE and Ocean41 theme parties that happen every month and the remarkably challenging Pub Quizzes, next to some other fun drinking-oriented activities, like a Beer pong tournament!

President: responsible for communication with the board, attending the President’s meetings, setting the agenda for the weekly committee meetings, leading the committee meetings, making sure the activities are planned, and keeping the committee motivated.

Secretary: making the minutes of committee meetings, responsible for the committee email, sending activity information to participants, and attending the Secretary meetings.

Treasurer: making budgets for each event and accounting for the realisation, attending Treasurer meetings, keeping track of expenses and committee declarations.

Pub Quiz Coordinator: plans and presents the Pub Quizzes.

Public Relations (PR): coordinating the promotion material for events, writing promotion texts, attending Public Relations meetings, taking photos at committee events, and sorting and uploading photos.

Evaluator: creating the evaluation form for each event, writing the evaluation report after each event, and attending the evaluators’ meetings.
