Culture Committee

The Culture Committee is the committee that is responsible for all cultural activities within ESN. They organise a wide variety of events throughout the year. A recurring event is the Movie Night, which often has a specific cultural theme. Examples of other events that are organised by the Culture Committee are theatre visits, poetry slams, talent shows and much more!

President: responsible for communication with the board, attending the President’s meetings, setting the agenda for the weekly committee meetings, leading the committee meetings, making sure the activities are planned, and keeping the committee motivated.

Secretary: making the minutes of committee meetings, responsible for the committee email, sending activity information to participants, and attending the Secretary meetings.

Treasurer: making budgets for each event and accounting for the realisation, attending Treasurer meetings, keeping track of expenses and committee declarations.

Activity Coordinator: planning the activities during an event, responsible for coordinating the activities during the event.

Public Relations (PR): coordinating the promotion material for events, writing promotion texts, attending Public Relations meetings, taking photos at committee events, and sorting and uploading photos.

Evaluator: creating the evaluation form for each event, writing the evaluation report after each event, and attending the evaluators’ meetings.
