PR & Graphics Committee
The main goal of the PR & Graphics Committee is to raise awareness of ESN Groningen among international and Dutch students living in Groningen. The committee does this by creating promotional material, writing blogs, making the ESN Groningen podcast (check it out on Spotify!: The Student Life Cycle), and representing ESN Groningen at Open Day events.
President: responsible for communication with the board, attending the President’s meetings, setting the agenda for the weekly committee meetings, leading the committee meetings, making sure the activities are planned, and keeping the committee motivated.
Secretary: making the minutes of committee meetings, responsible for the committee email, sending activity information to participants, and attending the Secretary meetings.
Blog Journalist: responsible for coming up with unique ideas relevant to students in Groningen to write pieces for the ESN blog.
Online Editor: in charge of filming and editing the content that is going to be posted and shared on social media.
Social Media Designer: responsible for designing Instagram posts and other graphic materials to support our events, showcase our committees, and keep our social media up to date.
Podcast Creator: responsible for planning, recording, and editing episodes that entail ESN’s spirit, exploring student life topics, discussing issues and interviewing fellow students, all while developing skills in planning, video and audio editing and organisation.
Copas Coordinator: responsible for coming up with creative party theme ideas, and decorating Copas based on the set theme every Wednesday.
Photographer/Videographer: responsible for taking pictures and videos for all the committees.
Interview Creator: responsible for coming up with fun interview questions to ask active members (and students) for promotion purposes
