The Live Music Night Committee (LMN) is responsible for organising two of the largest events in the ESN calendar. The Live Music Night! In December and May, the committee organises a musical event for 350+ participants with over 40 musicians from all backgrounds. The committee is responsible for recruiting musicians, rehearsals, curating a set list and finally organising the event.
President: responsible for communication with the board responsible, attending the Presidents meetings, setting the agenda for the weekly committee meetings, leading the committee meetings, making sure the activities are planned, and keeping the committee motivated.
Secretary: making the minutes of committee meetings, responsible for the committee email, sending activity information to participants, attending the Secretary meetings.
Treasurer: making budgets for each events and accounting for the realisation, attending Treasurer meetings, keeping track of expenses and committee declarations.
Public Relations (PR): coordinating the promotion material for events, writing promotion texts, attending Public Relations meetings, taking photos at committee events, sorting and uploading photos.
Evaluator: creating the evaluation form for each event, writing the evaluation report after each event, attending the Evaluators meetings.
Coordinator I (Technical Coordinator): responsible for band formation, being the point of contact for all musicians if they want to make a change in their bands, being in charge of making all the excel sheets which the musicians will use to book slots for the rehearsals.
Coordinator II: maintain strong relationships with participating musicians, ensuring musicians are informed about rehearsals and social events, as well as all updates related to and beyond the event, being the main point of contact for support, while also managing forms for sign-ups, song submissions, band formations, and more.
