The Introduction Week of ESN Groningen is the best way to start your time abroad! Discover Groningen with 600 new international students, get to know each other and have an incredible beginning of your stay.
During the introduction week, you will be put in groups of ca. 15 internationals, guided with the help of introduction guides. These guides are Dutch or international students that have lived in Groningen for a longer period of time. They will help and guide you during the entire introduction week.
The ESN Introduction Week will start on Friday the 31st of January and will finish with an amazing final Dutch party on Wednesday the 5th of February. Since lectures will start on Monday the 3th, ESN Groningen will only offer an evening program on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday so you can still attend your lectures.
During the week you and your group will participate in our pub crawl, culture day, sports day, band night, comedy show, Dutch language lessons, a movie night and of course a couple of great parties! It’s the perfect way to meet new people, explore your new hometown, learn about the Dutch language and culture, and take care of practical issues such as getting a bicycle.
