SocialErasmus Committee

SocialErasmus is an international project by the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) that promotes a social attitude among young citizens participating in mobility programmes to facilitate their integration into the local community while giving them a chance to make a long-lasting social change in society through volunteering activities.

At the international level this includes events like: Animals, Disasters, Discrimination, Education, Environment, Health, Poverty, Violence.

Locally, the SocialErasmus Committee (SEC) achieves this goal by organising events focused on Education, Environment (Sustainability) and Social Impact. Some notable events of last year where:  Collaboration with the Red Cross, Tote Bag crafts with refugees, Sustainable cooking workshops or the Erasmus in Schools event, an opportunity to bring international students and local Dutch school students together.
